The instructions are simple; no special equipment is required but a watch, pen and clipboard will come in handy. A calculator will help with the timing but most beginner competitors wisely decide to concentrate on keeping on route rather than doing exact timing.
Make sure you bring your valid vehicle ownership and insurance slips with you to the start, as well as a permission letter if you are not the owner of the vehicle.
It would help with our planning if you could email me and let me know if you think you may to enter. You will need to sign a waiver and if you have minors in the car a minor waiver will also have to be completed.

We’ve posted the waivers .pdf format so you can read them and fill them out ahead of time if needed. This could be important if you plan to run with a minor for whom who you do not have guardianship authority. We will have printed copies at the start. You don’t have to pre-register but if you let us know you are coming we can be sure we have enough instructions printed.
