CARS and our Insurance Company require that all Workers, Service Crew, and Competitors sign an Electronic waiver with a Photo ID. 

This will significantly assist organizers in dealing with registrations.

PMSC has made this an Annual waiver valid for most PMSC-organized events. Exceptions  Ice Race has its own Series Waiver and this year we are co-organizing a Performance Rally with  KWRC. This event may need a different waiver.

If you are signing for a MINOR under 18 years of age A photo of the Minor will be needed to be taken as part of the process.
